Get Out There and Exercise
September 24, 2008With the Great Fall weather now in high gear this is the best time of the year to get out and walk or hike with your four legged best friend. Some great places to hike – with wide open trails is: the Mills Mansion in Staatsburg, and the FDR estate in Hyde Park to name just a few. So Go – what are you waiting for?
